Why is the Tucker so FAMOUS??????????

Postby TheNew50'sKid » Mon Jul 02, 2007 2:20 am

My Friends,

I am new to the Tucker Club. I am 18 years old and am currently the proud owner of 2 fairly rare cars. 1 1958 Buick Limited and a 1959 Buick Lesabre (2% of which were equipted with manual trans). Anyways. To make a long story short I found out that auto companies, oil companies and the federal government have been hiding a VERY DIRTY secret about the Tucker automobile. I bet some of you may have heard of Tom Ogle, Charles Pouge, or even Rickard Yuinch (spelling). They said you could get over 100 mpg out of gasoline. And its no lie. After hearing a discussion that Buick Nailhead engines cant 'breathe' really well I started to think... Why should they have to? I found out that the perfect fuel ratio is 15 parts (actually 14.7) air to 1 part fuel vapors. Knowing such I also discovered that vaporizing gasoline can give someone better mileage 10 fold or better. Which explains the switch to fuel injection in 1988, etc, etc. Preston Tucker was on his way to create a system like this for his cars. The oil companies somehow got a wrench around the auto industries bolts and the fed got involved (why woudnt they) on the deal. Tucker just built another road which the oil companies couldnt get there wrench around and used there influence on the auto industry to twist his future. Harley Earl loved making cars look like jets( that was his passion). He was the most influential guy of the automotive golden years and he would have loved to see a car like that. Good thing is now the oil companies and the automotive companies are weak right now and will keep getting weaker until somebody makes them speak. The Tucker is a sign of real engineering. It says that cars could have fast v8's with super good brakes well before WWII. Designed in the 30's more then likely for the Cadillacs or Lincolns. Car companies have been lagging on with technologies that could have came out DECADES earlier. Fuel injection is a joke. Designed for RACE CARS becuase when hard banking and sudden braking cuts fuel flow to the bench flowed carbs, mileage was the LAST thing on their mind designing the system. Fuel injection is harder to tamper to get better MPG which is the ONE reason why carbs are no longer put on cars. Car companies want to work in unison to change the source of fuel so that they can keep making the BIG $$$. Cars can run off of straight MOONSHINE. Now we all know its been around for a while then you will have the pigs owning the car companies and oil companies running to buy wheat and barely for the moonshine HAHA. Its the people that run these businesses. Tucker was not one of those.

Your imput.....
Tucker was a good guy and showed what was being hidden.
I want a Tucker. Anyone know of one that needs some TLC???
I restore cars so can figure out how to restore it.

Smokey Yunick also made an engine that hit 50MPG, you can read about his Hot Vapor Engine here.
